Resources provided:

We provide free care consultations, support groups, referrals, education, training and Life-enrichment activities to those living with the disease and their care partners. All services and programs are free. We host programs at our location in East Islip, Long Island as well as throughout the Long Island area at museums and other community organizations. Programs include Art and Music Therapy, Equine Therapy, Movement and Dance, Yoga, Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, Bingo, Memory Cafes, and much more. We host 17 different support groups a month and have them both in person and zoom. We each year host an educational conference for professional caregivers and family caregivers. We serve families throughout Long Island into Queens. We have been serving families since 1983.
